Oh sweet America
what have you done?
Our country is fat,
living off of pre-packaged
garbage in a package
filled with MSG
and other horrific
things to make you even fatter.
Fake sugar,
diets that kill,
informericals that steal,
airbrushed,
plucking our youth
into something that's unattainable.
How do we have time?
Everything is deadlines,
meetings,
endless rush, rush
who has time to cook
from scratch
rolling down our windows
speaking into a loud
annoying speaker.
Are we killing ourselves?
Unaware
secretly
unknowing
victims
of the FDA,
the government.
Are they aware?
Do they know?
What goes into our food?
